SUBJECT LINE: SET RESTRICTIONS FROM 09/12

Listen up folks,

These are the set restrictions for the week beginning the 12th. As usual, they are to be followed absolutely. If you do not have the required clearance level, do not enter the set. As we get closer to going live, this becomes extremely important. Last week I reported six people to Tackett, this week I want to report exactly nobody.

Here we go:

SECTORS 1 - 3: Gardening teams, landscape artists.
SECTORS 4 - 5: Weather effects teams.
CATWALKS: Catwalk teams ONLY.
LIBRARY: Props and Lighting ONLY.
PYROTECHNICS: Completely out of bounds.
SUMMERHOUSE: Blocking and choreography crew.

If any of this is unclear, contact me or my team asap. You have your schedules, you have your clearance badges. If in doubt, assume you are not supposed to be where you are.
